We collect the information you submit through our assessments — founder contact details, company information, traction, capital objectives and any materials you choose to upload, such as a pitch deck.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare the assessment you requested, to communicate with you about it, and to operate and improve the service. Service providers that host our infrastructure and process data on our behalf may handle it under contract for those purposes.
What we do not do
We do not sell your business information. We do not use your company, deck or submitted materials for investor outreach without your permission, and your company will not be presented to investors without your authorization.
Not an investment application
PUBLIC is not a venture capital firm. Completing an assessment is not an application for investment, and no assessment guarantees financing.
Retention and access
We retain submissions for as long as needed to deliver and support the service and to meet legal obligations. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
