The service
PUBLIC provides assessments and advisory materials for founders considering outside capital. The Capital Readiness Test is provided free of charge; the Investor Test is a paid, one-time $99 assessment.
Turnaround
Assessments are individually reviewed and are typically delivered within 48 hours of submission. Complex or incomplete submissions may take longer, and we will tell you if that is the case.
No advice, no guarantee
PUBLIC does not provide legal, accounting, tax or securities advice. Scores, assessments and recommendations are opinions based on the information you provide, and they do not guarantee financing or any other outcome.
Your information
You confirm that the information and materials you submit are yours to share. We handle them in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not present your company to investors without your authorization.
Payments
Paid assessments are billed once at the price shown at checkout. If we are unable to deliver a paid assessment, we will refund it.
